New version of Windows Mobile expected

A new version of Microsoft's operating system for smart mobiles is expected and could be presented as early as next week.
If sources are right in saying that a launch is to be expected next week, there is not likely to be any revolutionary changes in the system. Nothing so far supports earlier speculations on support for finger navigation.
Changes will more likely be minor.
According to web site Mobile-review.com, it will be possible to gather text and image messages from one person in a conversation view. It should also be possible to better control which e-mails that should end up on the phone and in what shape.
Neither the sometimes criticized web reader Internet Explorer Mobile will see any major changes. The zoom function will now also include images, in addition to text. It will also be possible to get a page overview in a square area on screen, a feature already seen in for instance Nokia's web reader Minimap and in Opera's Mini.

Sony Ericsson's next launch takes place on June 17. Five or six new phones are expected. Among them G702, code-named Beibei, and P1-follow up code-named Paris. A simpler Cybershot mobile called C300 is also expected.
